Humiliation Led Me to the Most effective Skincare Products

When I was young and beautiful I knew nothing about what constituted the most productive skin care products. I took my fresh looks for granted. Even when I didn't get sufficient sleep I managed to wake up seeing sparkly. The word moisturizer truly was not in my vocabulary. And my mother. Who was not one to hand out false compliments, always told me I had a peaches and cream complexion. It was an expression of her time and it was a high form of praise.

But the day when I would have to search for the most productive skincare products ready was not that many years off, as things turned out. Gradually but truly my unprotected, cocky young self was being bombarded by the elements and I didn't even realize the damage they were causing. The aging process is an insidious thing.

Led Microscope Light

I managed to make it straight through my twenties without getting married, which meant I at least had a good study under my belt. It also meant that I was busy studying, partying, swimming, skiing, hiking, you name it. Taking care of my complexion consisted of splashing cold water on my face. I didn't wear makeup, so there was no conjecture to make a big deal about scrubbing. I didn't dream I'd be scrambling nearby for the most productive skincare products I could find in a matter of days.

I'll never forget his name. Jeff Monsanto. We were parked on Overlook Mountain at noon, under the bluest sky ever, in the brightest sunlight. When he finally stopped kissing me long sufficient to admire my beautiful face, as he referred to it, I heard two horrible words. "What's this?" he asked.

I learned a bitter lesson about allowing anyone to study me under natural light in the middle of the day ever again. He may as well have used a microscope. He told me, in the most tender way, that I had tiny lines at the corners of my eyes, plus cute slight lines forming along the sides of my mouth. In a teasing voice he said he didn't realize he was dating a mature woman.

Needless to say, I ran to find the most productive skincare on the planet as soon as I left him. And to this day I think he was being unspeakably cruel and wanted to put me down for some reason.

My foray into the world of anti aging was frustrating and expensive. For one thing, even though there were plentifulness of claims being made by big name companies, they didn't deliver. In their defense, a lot of foremost breakthroughs in the anti-aging field were yet to come. Maybe they were doing the best they could, but I didn't appreciate paying a fortune for empty promises.

Luckily I am able to keep up with the most recent advances, thanks to my physician cousin who knows how to dig for facts, not fiction. I'm up on the latest, the most and the cheapest. As Billy Crystal used to say, I look maaaahvelous.

I won't ever let anyone but the most productive skincare products touch my face or body. Thanks, Jeff Monsanto. You ended up doing me a favor.
